Who processes the data

What data and why

• Visit statistics. Only if you clicked “Accept” in the banner. Yandex Metrica collects anonymized technical data: cookies, IP address, device and browser type, the pages you open and your actions on the site, and where you came from. This helps to see which sections are useful and to make the site better.
• Your messages. If you write by email, on Telegram or on Instagram, I receive the name and contacts you chose to share and the text of your message. I use them to reply and to discuss the project.

The site has no forms, no sign-up and no payments.

Cookie

• Necessary. The site remembers your choice in the cookie banner and your color theme. This is stored only in your browser and is never sent anywhere.
• Analytics. Yandex Metrica cookies. They are turned on only after you agree.

You can change your mind at any time: use the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the site or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Who receives the data

Statistics are processed by Yandex LLC under its own policy: yandex.ru/legal/confidential. The data is not shared with or sold to anyone else.

How long it is kept

Statistics are kept in Yandex Metrica for the period set by the service. Messages are kept for as long as they are needed for work on the project.

Your rights

You can ask what data I hold about you, ask to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to statistics. Write to ivan@melnitsa-ai.ru and I will reply within 10 business days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
